Real power often comes from the quietest places. Each year at Nfocus, we reveal our Model Behavior honorees — women in the community who work diligently to lift up the city of Nashville. In the same spirit of community, our sister publication Nashville Post spotlights women in the community who exemplify leadership and set the standard for future generations.
Nfocus and Nashville Post honor each year’s Most Powerful Women at an annual luncheon and panel discussion, where the women share the stories of growth and success that have helped them achieve their goals and live their dreams — this year, on Aug. 27 at City Winery. Below, we highlight 2026’s Most Powerful Women: Lindsey Cox, Natalie Dickson, Kim James and Ryan Wood.
