On the Circuit: Alive & The Bluebird

It was a crisp fall night spent raising funds and awareness for a special cause. Hosted on the breathtaking 350-acre farm of Green Door Gourmet, the Alive & The Bluebird event was an unforgettable Thursday evening. The Songwriter Series kicked off with a cocktail hour and silent auction including items from local Nashville businesses, luxurious experiences and signed momentos from some of our favorite stars. The evening continued with performances by the cast of the hit show Nashville. Charles Esten, Bowen Young and Jonathan Jackson’s performances were a treat as they wowed the crowd with their talent and support for Alive & The Bluebird.

This year was particularly special with several anniversaries to recognize: The Bluebird Cafe celebrates 40 years of supporting songwriters and 30 years of partnering with Alive Hospice to bring hope to the Nashville community. Alive & The Bluebird partner together throughout the year with more events supporting the cause. Being the only nonprofit hospice in the region, Alive Hospice goes above and beyond the standard hospice care with free education, financial aid for patients, and grief support for the entire community.

It was a wonderful night seeing those in the Nashville community gathering in support of such a wonderful cause. The mission of Alive is to help create a world where everyone receives personalized care, and this event helped bring that vision one step closer.
