Cult favorite pajama and loungewear brand Eberjey is the latest luxury retailer to arrive in Wedgewood-Houston, Nashville’s up-and-coming fashion hub. Dedicated to embracing the softer side of life, Eberjey offers comfort and understated luxury with its beloved Gisele pajama sets and ever-so-soft Washable Silk styles.

Ali Mejia and Mariela Rovito founded Eberjey in 1996 and soon redefined the loungewear and lingerie market, which they believed catered more to the male gaze than its female customers. Eberjey introduced livable styles that prioritize women’s comfort and help them relax in their own skin — tenets that guide the brand to this day.

“The experience of slipping into our Gisele PJs is the embodiment of our core values,” says Mejia on Eberjey’s website. “Softness, authenticity, relaxation and quality of sleep.”

Based in Miami, Eberjey is now extending its premium softness to Nashville with a sixth location. The storefront — which incorporates organic design elements and warm neutrals — is designed to help guests relax and find sleepwear that speaks to them in a home-like setting. Eberjey plans to host in-store activations and events that facilitate community and unite local customers, creators and tastemakers.

The store’s opening party was one such gathering. Supermodel and entrepreneur Lily Aldridge, singer, TV personality and author Jessie James Decker, The Home Edit’s Joanna Teplin and Clea Shearer, musicians Jessie Baylin and Shelly Colvin, and more gathered at the on-brand soireé — a luxurious pajama party.

Guests styled Washable Silk sets with personal flair, sipped Champagne and perused the store’s offerings before sitting down for an intimate three-course dinner, complete with warm candlelight, intentional place settings and meaningful conversation. The evening provided a prime opportunity for relaxation and connection — precisely what Eberjey’s Nashville storefront seeks to inspire.

Eberjey, located on 1209 Brown St., is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Learn more at eberjey.com.
