Marsh House, The Gulch’s go-to dining destination for elevated Southern fare, seafood and stellar wines, continues its wildly popular Wine Wednesdays. Throughout July, Marsh House — recipient of Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Award of Excellence 2023 — will highlight one of the most recognized grape varietals in the world: Chardonnay.
Each week, guests will enjoy different selections of chardonnay curated by Marsh House Sommelier Todd Johnston. Selections originate from Burgundy, California, and some even hail from Australia. According to Johnston, “This month, we will highlight a handful of the varied and beautiful expressions of chardonnay. These rare bottlings will showcase chardonnay’s diverse capabilities.”
In July, Wine Wednesdays will feature:
7/19: Division's Eola Springs Vineyard Chardonnay “Deux” (Eola-Amity Hills, 2019)
7/26: Domaine Ganevat's Chardonnay Les Gryphées (Côtes du Jura, 2015)
