To kick off summer with a Grecian breeze, Rivière Rooftop at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville extended the invitation for Chef’s Dinner: A Greek Evening. On June 20, the one-night-only al fresco dining experience will feature culinary craftsmanship by executive chef Derek Simcik and celebrity guest chef Zoi Antonitsas. offering a range of bold, rich flavors. 

The Rivière Rooftop, located on the seventh-floor pool deck of Four Seasons, harnesses culinary and cultural inspiration from the Mediterranean Riviera. This brand-new dining experience is expected to take this concept to the next level. 

With the choice of an intimate chefs’ table experience or á la carte dining, guests can enjoy a rich selection of regional Greek dishes, inspired by Derek and Zoi’s interpretations of Greek dining traditions. Menu highlights include taramosalata, smoked trout caviar, grilled rack of lamb and grilled swordfish with skordalia and lemon sauce. After this prolonged indulgence, pistachio and walnut baklava served with labneh ice cream and orange blossom honey will top off the night.
