How time flies! It’s already been one incredible year since acclaimed chef Sean Brock opened The Continental, his dining concept with a nouvelle approach to classic American cuisine, in the Grand Hyatt Nashville. To celebrate this momentous event, he is offering two exceptional dining opportunities.
First, he is teaming up with Heitz Cellar wines for a special dinner in The Continental’s Epicurean Room on May 12. Guests will savor a four-course, seasonal menu with wine pairings, and the team will lead them through each course, highlighting the legacy and tasting notes of each featured wine along the way.
The Anniversary Party, to be held May 28, will feature caviar from The Caviar Company, martinis from The Vesper Club and a curated selection of spirits from Brown-Foreman. While guests enjoy prime rib and sweets from a dessert parlour, they’ll be treated to live entertainment and more. The ticketed event also includes welcome bubbles, one drink and unlimited food.
