It’s a last hurrah for peaches at Rare Bird. Things are looking up and peachy at Rare Bird as they close out their popup with The Peach Truck. Through the end of August guests can visit Rare Bird — the rooftop bar at Noelle — for one of the last sips and bites (of peaches) of the summer. Through this collaboration, the downtown oasis is offering specialty cocktails — including large format cocktails perfect for sharing — made with spectacular peaches. Chef Chris Neff also created innovative dishes like peach and prosciutto flatbread as well as a delightfully peachy fruit cocktail. Guests can take in the stunning views from the intimate seating areas on the roof while they sip these summertime treats.
