Paramount is set to redefine what’s possible in Nashville’s skyline. What makes this development unlike anything the city has seen before? 

Paramount completes what we call the Church Street corridor. With PRIME, Alcove and Nashville Yards coming together, the area is beginning to feel a true sense of residential density in a way downtown has not experienced before.

Selling residences in a tower of this scale is as much about vision as it is about real estate. How does your team bring Paramount’s story to life for prospective buyers?

We have embraced technology to bring Paramount’s sales vision to life. When buyers visit our Experience Center, they can explore every aspect of the building — reviewing floor plans, interacting with views, and experiencing the finishes and appliances firsthand.

Downtown Nashville has transformed dramatically over the last two decades. How do you see Paramount shaping the next chapter of the city’s evolution?

Downtown is a neighborhood. Thirty years ago, when the Giarratana team began developing downtown, that was not the case.

We want Paramount to contribute to livability and connection. A strong example is the YMCA development we completed next door, which reflects our commitment to shaping a more connected and vibrant Nashville. 

How does each member of your group bring something distinct to the table to deliver a seamless experience for buyers?

Our sales team works in close collaboration with the development team, which gives us direct access to decision-makers and allows us to provide clear answers to buyers quickly. That connection also works in reverse. The development team hears directly from buyers, and that feedback helps shape decisions throughout the project.

It is not unusual for a buyer visiting the Experience Center to meet members of the development team, including the lead architect or general contractor.

That level of access creates a lot of trust and makes the process feel much more personal.
