Maybe you remember 1358 Page Road as Rayna Jaymes’ home from the hit TV show Nashville. Maybe you toured it last year when it was the Flower Magazine showhouse. An 18-month renovation helmed by Pfeffer Torode architects gave the house a much-needed update. And then, at the behest of the luxury lifestyle outlet Flower Magazine, 23 acclaimed interior designers put their stamp on the home. It has now undergone another transformation. 

Most of the showhouse décor is a distant memory, save for some wallpaper and a paint color or two. Stripped down, without all the showhouse trimmings, the home’s impressive renovation is on full display, including new wide-plank oak floors and a showstopping kitchen — complete with pale-green cabinets, marble countertops, a massive marble island and new high-end appliances, such as a La Cornue range. There’s even a scullery kitchen for seamless entertaining.

The house, built in 1999 and now standing at 22,000 square feet, sits on six acres on the edge of Belle Meade in Forest Hills, with Percy Warner Park a stone’s throw away. 

It has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half baths. A screened-in porch with a soaring ceiling, original brick floors and a cozy fireplace overlooks a stunning heated saltwater pool with an in-ground hot tub (both of which have been completely refurbished). Architectural firm Kaiser Trabue landscaped the grounds with verdant trees, decorative grasses and tidy topiaries. 

A highlight of the house is its downstairs spa, which has a sauna, a steam shower and room for a massage table, and which will soon host a cold plunge pool. There’s also a large gym outfitted with high-end fitness equipment, including weights by luxury brand PENT.
