The Nfocus Homes of Distinction Party Shines at a New Luxury Residence

On a crisp May evening, guests gathered at The Manning for the annual Nfocus Homes of Distinction party, presented by Myers Flooring of Nashville. The event celebrated the latest edition of our wildly popular homes issue — giving readers an inside look at one of the featured properties.

The event unfolded as a progressive dinner, starting with passed hors d’oeuvres and food stations throughout the property from G Catering. Revelers enjoyed poolside cocktails from Laelia Tequila and Vital Premium Hard Seltzer while visiting installations by Tiba Boutique Spa and Top Shelf Organizing. Many also popped inside the Nfocus Portrait Studio to grab a quick photo from the evening.

As the sun began to set, the atmosphere shifted into an elegant spring soirée with conversation echoing through the indoor and outdoor spaces. Guests lingered beside the pool, catching up with friends and discussing favorite design details featured throughout the issue. The evening also offered a chance for readers, designers and homeowners to connect while celebrating Nashville’s evolving luxury market and the creativity shaping residential design across the city.

Guests explored The Manning at their leisure, perusing the building’s library, boardroom and wine locker — which already boasted several stored bottles behind its gleaming glass walls. Many also made their way to the spacious penthouse, where sweeping views of Nashville and an invitingly open layout seemed to stretch on for days.

Several guests continued to unit 302 — a featured Home of Distinction —  where interior designer Robin Rains had masterfully blended antiques with contemporary furnishings. Unit 402 was also open for self-guided tours, and many attendees compared notes between the two residences.

Residents of The Manning joined the festivities and shared their favorite aspects of the building, including their preferred views, the state-of-the-art gym and the professionalism and kindness of the staff.
