Everything is coming up roses at the Fairlane Hotel, thanks to the stunning new Bouquet Bar that just bloomed in the penthouse. The spring pop-up bar opened last week in the palatial penthouse suite of the downtown hotel, offering guests a pretty perch to enjoy a cocktail or light bite.
The entire space is covered in flowers, with a canopy of blooms hanging overhead and walls of flowers and greenery surrounding the space, creating a true garden experience. There are multiple Instagram-worthy nooks for photo ops and a wraparound patio that offers amazing views of downtown.
The flower theme extends beyond the décor into the cocktails, such as the Hey There Gorgeous, a ST-GERMAIN and Prosecco concoction topped with a candied hibiscus flower, or the Bouquet Baby, a blend of Belvedere Vodka, strawberry, mint, lemon and rose water. Even the snacks and desserts draw inspiration from the garden, such as the flowering kale and elote dip or the lavender honey cannoli.
The bar is open seven days a week, beginning at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The pop-up is slated to remain open until the end of May, when it will be transformed into another themed bar for the summer.
