On a beautiful spring evening, guests gathered in the ballroom foyer of Four Seasons Nashville to raise a glass to the Legacy Ball Host committee. Looking elegant in a stunning purple gown, R.H. Boyd President & CEO LaDonna Boyd took to the microphone to not only thank guests for supporting the event but also share the mission of the R.H. Boyd Endowment program. "The Fund supports nonprofit organizations, churches, and eligible students to attain their goals for programming, higher education, and better communities. The purpose of our scholarships is to increase the number of minority undergraduate and graduate degree holders in certain fields of study, including business, theology, and English literature." With a purpose of giving back so someone else can achieve their goals, the Legacy Ball does just that through scholarship. Guests enjoyed a buffet supper of southern comfort food while sipping cocktails and admiring the beautiful view of the sun setting over the Cumberland river. The evening left guests eagerly anticipating the Legacy Ball in June.
