Cortney Lacorte has been making cheese boards since she was 15 years old, so it’s a bit of an understatement to say that she’s earned the moniker Cheese Gal. And in 2019, she started a cheese and charcuterie catering company by the same name out of a small kitchen here in Nashville. But this fall, you’ll be able to visit her in the first Cheese Gal permanent location at the Fairlane Hotel, where you can dine in or pick up a variety of styles and sizes of cheese boards to share with your friends and family.
At first, you’ll find it hard to start digging into Cheese Gal’s boards, because each one is a work of art. But after the photos have been taken, your whole party will find it hard to stop savoring every morsel on the board. Cortney fills each of her boards with the freshest ethically and locally sourced organic ingredients, including a variety of artisanal cheeses, meats, honeys, mustards, jams, nuts, olives, fruits, veggies, crackers, breads and more. The seasonal boards rotate according to what’s available, so you’ll want to keep an eye out for what’s coming up.
