Few places on earth evoke immediate images of luxury and relaxation as does the French Riviera. Known for decades as the destination for celebrity-rich people watching, the Riviera is where the well-heeled travelers of the world go to play. So it stands to reason that Four Seasons Nashville would take inspiration from the aspirational locale for their newly opened rooftop restaurant and bar — Rivière.

Keeping on brand with the Riviera theme, guests are invited to partake in leisurely dining in a lively yet relaxing setting, enjoying a vibrant, refreshing and modern menu with both the Riviera and Nashville in mind. Snacks like oysters on the half shell and scallop crudo are listed beside short rib tots and Nashville hot chicken sliders. Heartier options include: croque monsieur, octopus tacos, Wagyu burger and a selection of items from the Pommes Frites bar.

In addition to their refined comfort food, expertly concocted cocktails like the American Honey (Casamigos Reposado, Mike’s hot honey syrup, lemon), We’re Going to the Chapel (Hendricks Gin, Absolut Elyx, St. Germain, peach liqueur, hibiscus syrup, lime), and Lavender Haze (Captain Morgan Private Stock, Combier Banana, Velvet Falernum, pineapple juice, ube coconut milk, yuzu) are readily available. Since life can never have too many bubbles, the wine list includes four sparkling wine options as well as a selection of red and wine — all perfect for sipping away an afternoon.

And, no experience at Rivière would be complete without taking in the entertainment. Billed as a “lively French disco ambiance” guests will enjoy unique sounds like French pop music, live acoustic performances and weekend residencies by top DJs. To celebrate the opening of Rivière, first-time guests at the restaurant who make a reservation for lunch Monday through Friday will receive a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot or a mocktail upon arrival. This delicious opportunity is only available through June 16 so hurry in for some bubbly.
