The Dutch, Chef Andrew Carmellini’s modern-American spot in the heart of the Gulch, is offering a Chef’s Brunch Table on Easter Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm for family and friends alike to enjoy exceptional dishes in a dynamic environment. Mimo Restaurant and Bar will serve a truly decadent Easter brunch from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 9. In addition to Mimo’s full brunch menu — which includes popular dishes such as blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes with candied lemon or biscuits and gravy with Italian sausage and mozzarella foam gravy — the restaurant will offer exclusive Easter brunch specials, like eggs benedict with braised short rib, a king crab omelet with Osetra caviar, and pan-seared scallops with snow peas and nduja sausage crust.
