Sushi Anyone?

I don't know if it's the hot weather, or if I've just become more picky, but lately I've been eating Sushi at least three times a week. I mention the hot weather only because usually heavy foods aren't so great when the temperatures rise. Take the beach for example. Coconut shrimp and fried crab claws are great for dinner, but in the middle of the day when you're laying out, do you really want those nachos? Not me, anyway.
Since I've been in such a raw fish kind of mood recently, I've been trying to mix it up and try new places and different types of items. Whole Foods has great brown rice sushi, and the eel is my personal favorite there. Of course Virago is great, but with the price they charge for their rice I definately can't eat there for a girls' night out, at least not on a regular basis!
Ru San's used to have my Saturdays, but when I tried to go in this past week they didn't have hardly any rolls set out for their weekend buffett. Sushiyobi was actually closed for lunch on the weekends, so we went to PM and loved everything about the place. I've tried their burgers in the past (thanks to the Nashville Scene's review), but hadn't up until this point tried what they have the most of on the menu. All that to say, I'll definately be going back.
