Over Exposure

Posted by Mandi Coleman (06.12.08, 3:48 PM)

There's nothing like summer when it comes to soaking up the sun, getting a tan, and having a frosty concoction by the pool. But when you are on a trip with co-workers, that experience takes on a whole new meaning. There I was in Las Vegas this week, laying in the "Garden of the Gods" at Caesar's Palace, smack in between two VPs in my company. Awkward? Just slightly.

I can honestly say that I'm glad I didn't purchase the adorable Juicy Couture bikini I had spotted in Nashville the week before. That one in particular would have been too much to BARE.

I'm not sure what the proper way to handle that situation could have been. I chose not to have any alcohol in my beverage, and risked the tan lines by not moving my top's straps from their intended place. All in all, I got some semblance of a tan but kept all of my dignity.

Well I would have to say that would be an awkard situation for anyone to be in. Sounds like you handled it like a Southern Lady which is more than I can say for a lot of those women in Vegas clubs...Sin City indeed!!

My question is what were the VP's wearing?
