As the saying goes "the grass is not always greener on the other side". But I do have to mention that on a recent trip to Chicago I definately noticed that the service was great. The midwest seems to share our views on the hospitality front. Treat others the way you want to be treated should be a motto every person who works with the public goes by, unfortunately it isn't. After saying that I will also say after working in Customer service more years than I care to mention I also think those who have never been on this end need to experience the nightmare of trying to deal with some of the over the top customers on a daily basis. Recently we had a customer in who sat down and used the F word twice in one sentence, when did this become acceptable?

Have ya ever been to New York??? Bloomingdales is the worst!!! I will say though, what they lack in friendliness, they make up for in food!!!! Not a bad meal whatsoever, whether it be from a hot dog vendor or a nice restaurant
