Renting

Posted by Mandi Coleman (02.20.08, 4:04 PM)

Is there another way to find condos for rent besides actually driving up and down each street, searching for signs posted up? I know Craigslist and Backpage like the back of my hand. Maybe what I'm desperately looking for just isn't on the market yet. Or, maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. Being the slightly impatient person that I happen to be, I am starting to get frustrated that my lease is ending soon and I haven't nailed down the perfect new place!

Renting is always difficult trying to find the perfect place at the perfect price can be gruelling! Especially in the city of course my big thing is security I would definately pay a little more to feel safe. Good Luck!

What is this New York? Why is rent on a 500sq. ft studio suddenly 1,500 each month. CRAZY

Depending on how long its been on the market, the owner might be willing to knock the price down a bit. Keep in mind that school is getting out soon, so more things will start to be available.

NYNY there are cheaper places. The problem i'm sure you have like me is that I don't want to live anywhere that has a tub the age of my parents.
